Refund Policy
At Bonnie & Harlo, we strive to ensure your confidence and satisfaction when making a purchase from us. We carefully source unique and one-of-a-kind pieces, thoroughly inspecting each item before packaging it with extra love and care.
**Please note: If you receive a visibly damaged or opened package, kindly insist on noting this with the carrier before signing for your order.
Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, we have a strict no-returns policy on all SALE items, including items purchased with promotional discounts or discount codes.
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, we kindly request that you notify us in writing at hello@bonnieandharlo.com.au within 3 business days of the receipt date. Please include your order number and the reasons for your dissatisfaction.
Upon receiving and accepting your email, we will provide authorisation to return the item to Bonnie & Harlo. Any shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
For a refund to be processed, all items returned to Bonnie & Harlo must be unused, in their original condition, with intact packaging and labels.
Faulty + Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, or if you have received an incorrect item, please notify us in writing at hello@bonnieandharlo.com within 3 business days of the receipt date. You will be eligible for a refund or exchange within 10 days of the receipt date. Bonnie & Harlo reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the circumstances do not warrant it. Once we have received the faulty item for further inspection, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed via your original payment method.
The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning the item to Bonnie & Harlo. The cost of sending a replacement item will also be at the customer's expense.
**Please note: We do not accept exchanges or returns on orders shipped outside of Australia.
If you are returning an item valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Domestic Shipping:
Ensuring the safe delivery of your goods is our priority. Therefore, someone must be present to accept the order upon delivery. In the event that no one is available, your order will either be redirected to your nearest Australia Post location or require re-delivery arranged by you through our Courier Service.
Delivery times within Australia range from 3 to 16 business days. Some small items may be shipped via regular post, while larger items will be sent through our chosen courier service.
